HOW TO MAKE AN EVER AFTER HIGH PRINCESSOLOGY CLASSROOM

At Ever After High, Princessology class is a big deal for the daughters of fairytale princesses, including Apple White, Ashlynn Ella, Briar Beauty, Holly O'Hair, and Duchess Swan (Lizzie Hearts and Darling Charming also attend, but I didn't have enough room to fit them into the shelf!). So I thought I'd create a place where my daughter could use her imagination to "act out" Princessology class with her Ever After High princesses.
You may remember that I used this setting in an earlier video of Rosabella going to the future and meeting her future self, just 5 years older. Here are the items I used to make the Princessology classroom at Ever After High:
1. The shelf is the Foremost large open cube from Amazon.com.
2. I covered each slab of the shelf with contact paper that resembles marble. I found this contact paper in the basement of my house, left behind by the previous occupants. You may not be so lucky, so just look for any appropriate-looking wallpaper that exudes royalty and luxury.
3. I created a window out of a window frame that I found at Hobby Lobby and some pictures from a calendar.
4. I made a new bed for Briar Beauty using two smoothfoam blocks, 4 dowel rods (painted black and silver), a wood plaque with curlicues cutout of it, a fence meant for a fairy garden, fabric and paper roses, and silver-and-black fabric with embroidered roses, and a hot-pink tirim. I got the fabric from Joann's Fabric and Crafts.
5. I used some 1:12 furniture to represent the furniture that the dwarfs would use (and that Apple would have to practice cleaning up). These came from a Calico Critters playset, and also from Ebay.
6. I used a small chalkboard and wrote on it with white and pink chalk markers.
7. For the teatime set, I used the furniture that came with the La Dee Doll Garden Party playset.
8. I bought a black-and-pink velvet couch from Ebay that also doubles as a jewelry box. Perfect color for Briar!
9. I made curtains out of a popsicle stick (painted gold), and some gold fabric, cream trim, and paper roses. You can find all of these at Michaels or any craft store.
10. I used Holly O'Hairs dressing table from the Ever After High 2-in-1 castle playset (this same piece can be adjusted and turned into a serving station for the Castleteria).
11. I added some "princess relics" - a glass slipper inside a glass dome and a rose inside a glass dome, and the dress from the Disney Aurora doll, to make it look like they collected items from famous past princesses.

Aww, thanks a million! I am so glad you liked it - the bed was much simpler than the normal Briar bed, but I figured, it needed to fit in the classroom. :-)

Could you make a Chemythtry classroom or a Potions class? Or even a history of Evilnomics class? Princessology class is a royal class so it would be nice to have an evil class, where I'm sure a lot of rebels would attend.

Those cooking class pieces of Ever After High furniture are too high to fit on a shelf, which makes me sad, otherwise I'd have loved to do a Cooking Classic Classroom. I might try Muse-ic...we shall see. Much easier for Monster High, since they did make instruments for the ghouls, but so far nothing for the EAH dolls. Poor EAH, always getting the short shrift!
