    Soooo glad to see you back on a Springfield "type/size" bike. Seems like your Springfield video was more your style and you really expressed true enjoyment riding than any other. Enjoy and ride safe. An absolutely gorgeous bike!!! Can't wait till the follow-up video...

    I am becoming increasingly more interested in Indian than any other bike. I was looking at a 13-17 goldwing and then I saw you and Adam Sandoval's challenger reviews and chieftain reviews and am starting to like them. And what really bothered me was the hatred coming from the HD base. I say ride your own ride. Keep the shiny side up brother. Another great review video, thank you.

    Great video as always. Beautiful motorcycle. I rode the Springfield for a week in New England this summer and really liked it except for two things - I was a bit underwhelmed by the Thunder Stroke 111 and it put out out way too much heat for me. Would be tough for me in Georgia. Secondly, I found the stock seat extremely uncomfortable after about an hour in the saddle. Keep up the good work and I love your vlogs.

    I enjoyed your video. Thank you for making me laugh you talking about the beige color looking like dirt already. Lol. I’m in the process of buying the 2019 Chieftain and I’m putting the big bore kit stage III on it. I’m riding a street glide at the moment which I love but I think I’m going to love the Indian a little bit more thanks for sharing.

    How did you ever even consider giving this bike up? I gave my Yamaha 650 Maxim back to the dealer and gave up riding many moons ago. I gave up my Silverado 6 years ago for my Triumph America which I was in love with for 3 years but reluctantly traded that up for my Springfield. My Springfield made it very easy to make my America a fond far away memory BUT how the heck do I give up or trade up my Springfield for my craving for the 2020 Roadmaster ...and I'm thinking Elite! I now know what Heaven is. A place where we can EAT and EAT and never get fat drink and drink and never get drunk, and a place we can have the pleasure of owning every Indian line up 2020 and every year to come. OK sorry, too much Gin...love your new Ruby Red :-)

    I enjoy your videos, im considering a Roadmaster in near future, with perf upgrades to 116 , i saw your vid about 111-116 pro and con. do you have a video with new Roadmaster? i currently have a 2010 nomad with perf upgrades and voyager trunk and would like a fairing with all the toys. also considering a HD Ultra road Glide.
    price on the indian is premium above all else.

    This is what happens to me. I sink lots of money in a bike and then they releases a new improved version lol. What do you think of the 19? I actually like your fairing better oddly enough but both are good. My big issue and I've heard other complaints is the heat an issue for you? I'm thinking it must be serious if they released the cylinder deactivation to help against it? It's a great looking bike you have there and the 116 just is icing on the cake!

    What is your experience with heat from engine under hamstrings. Many have commented that their legs were "on fire" because of it.

    Hello NC, great video. You need to consider doing B-rolls for the other models and Harleys.

    So Ev how long before you get a chiefglide? Streetain? I LOVE that bronze smoke. But hate the blacked out engine. I hear that black pearl is awesome in the sun. They have an icon in the Steelers colors now which may be in my stable this year depending on settling my patents trust. Glad to see you are back on the indian. Are you going to get an ultimate saddle? And how has the wife been? I hope she is doing better.

    When you go over (slow pan maybe) the bike, is there special equipment used? Like the train track thing they use for movies? Sorry for the non technical terms.

    • @NightcruiserMA
      @NightcruiserMA  5 років тому +1

      Absolutely. I should do a video about that in itself, but in the meantime, yes - I use (and you can look up) a full Kessler Pocket Jib with a Kessler Hercules 2.0 Head on top of a Kessler K-Pod. I don't use dolly tracks because 1) They just take up a lot of time and space and 2) I get pretty good shots with my jib. I use about 52 lbs of counterweight on the jib. Between the tripod head and the camera (I switch between a Canon C100 Mark II and lately a Sony A7 R3) I use an Edelkrone SliderONE Pro to get some nice smooth horizontal motion. I also have other Edelkrone sliders I use for more complicated shoots, like a SliderPlus with the Focus and Head modules. That's the basic stuff... I have a van full of other stuff... lol... I have a heck of a lot more gear than talent, to be honest.

    Did they fix the 116kit issue? they had frozen all sales and installs of them at one point. i love my 2017 Roadmaster. I rode a 116 equipped Indian. It had terrible low speed manners. abrupt throttle response, it was a kind of all or nothing feeling. It's like they tried to engineer a stumble into the butter smooth Thunderstroke to imitate Harley , I thought I wanted it until I rode it , now, I think I will be content with just a stage 1 or 2 upgrade.. Seemed to me like they got in a hurry to release it and it was still rough around the edges. Nice bike and great video production.

    It's a beautiful bike. I just ...it's an Indian and did they get embarrassed or shy...they 'dumbed' down the front fender and took off the Indian ornament? ....really? And the TRUNK! yep! big trunk lots a space....no need for a SUV...ya got that covered with the TRUNK!! Sorry, love watching your vids and really enjoy you and you do a great job. OK, so I guess I'm saying, the Springfield didn't push your buttons?? The front end...the Tank Badge? It being a big Indian Motorcycle and all?? The electronics and gizmos ...ya I guess it doesn't get there.
