Remote living on South Georgia; a night at Fairy Point Hut, Bird Island

A short movie of an overnight trip I took in the winter to Fairy Point Hut aka 'the Love Shack' filmed in the style of‪@kraigadams‬ Although the Macaroni Penguins have gone at this time of year, there are still plenty of Giant Petrels and Wandering Albatrosses about.

No, it’s primarily for lighting, but they do give off heat. There is also a separate dedicated heating stove.
