I love how Nick is trying to speculate who's going to be important based on character designs at 7:10, but from what I recall, only one of those guys he calls important is actually important for like... one match. Glad to see blue lock's character designs are still fooling people.

Before blue lock I had never watched a sports anime, Haikyu never interested me because I’m not a volleyball fan and I live in the states with the NBA so kuroko no basket wasn’t really for me either. But when I watched this show I was immediately hooked and ended up reading the manga all the way to the current chapter. I loved the idea of “all teamwork is only necessary to get ME close to the goal”
i played soccer as child now 34 and i dont like watching real soccer or play games but this anime got me back to liking it readet the manga too the current chapter and i startet playing rocket lueage im not so good but that was 6 months ago and for some reasyn i have now 300 hours beside having work and a life lol so blue lock got me too like soccer agen crazy there will be a movie too so im hyped. can recommend aoi ashi too startet reading the manga were the anime left off arent on the actuall chap but its good . PS: sorry for my bad writing.

Honestly for me, I watched haikyuu over 4 times and im still liking it. Blue lock was okay but it was more hype than anything. I played futbol and yes it's a team sport but an individual can take the lead. As opposed to other sports such as basketball and Volleyball
