How are you connecting Dex to the DisplylInk software? I can only get Screenmirroring by using Displaylink presenter. But dex OS wont appear or be recognized from my Note 9
I have watched this video before and i did not understand the potential and power Samsung tablet Cary I'm just seeing it clearly now, i have not seen anyone else do this kind of research up till now that we even have bigger, better and powerful s8 ultra
What you didn’t tell is the cable setup. How do you get the split display? Because i use a hdmi splitter to get it on two screen. But both of them automatically turn into dex everytime the cables plugged in

Can i use any dock station with the app? Im using a dell dock station but display link app wont detect it for the second monitor do i have to use a displaylink dock?
I think it depends on the dongle you use. Some of the cheaper USB-C to HDMI dongles had that option greyed out on my phone, even connected to the same monitor, whereas a more pricey one (can't remember the brand tho) worked better. Both dongles claimed to be 4K capable, but the latter was specifically advertised as DeX compatible.

This will be useful for my use case I have one monitor with decks on it and my tablet has the one ui and if I want, I can move it over that is nice

try brighness down.. there is an app that basically turns black but it still on

what is the adapter u use for the 2nd monitor? it plugs into via usb to usb hub?

How did you get the screen to work in ultrawide ? ... or is it stretched ? ... i cant get mine to work in ultrawide unless i stretch the screen.

Can this method drain the battery fast? How long will the battery last?
you can get a usb dock with power input and multiple external display , USB ports etc, so it charges your phone whilst you use DEX

Audio output only works through one output channel. Audio split is not possible at this moment.

GoodLock and and inside GoodLock install MultiStar
