My genshin account got hacked due to my stupidity but I got it back in 3 days. Be as elaborate as possible when adding the additional notes or information. Here's what I added I added the number of times my display name and picture was changed The 5stars I had, their pity, the date i recieved them and whether it was from standard banner or character banner and whether I won or lost the 50/50. Also added my highest record in spiral abyss, the unique achievements I had and the easy achievement that I didn't do. Plus the number of breaks(more than 15 days) I took in genshin. These all details helped me to retrieve my genshin account faster. Thank you Bao Pham and Hoyoverse support team for helping me.

Hopefully this works as one day i decided to log into my friends Star rail account to do their dailies and when i tried getting back into mine the way i logged in had a whole other account logged into and i lost my account that was pretty good and id hate to restart everything with different characters. I even tried other log in emails and third parties i use to make an account and it wasnt connected to any of them. Even if this doesn't work for me this video was very useful.

@defflex9845 Edit : for the issue I just put "lost ownership from account due to email being erased or lost." I put my characters levels + eidelons, who I had showing up on my profile, what world level thingy I was, when I joined, who I had as support and the amount i spent from my online receipts.
IT WORKS!! It took 4 days for me 12 hours took them to reply my first email Another 12 hours for them to email me the account recovery form And waiting for 3 days until they inform me that i got my acc back. Thanks a lot man

Update!: I got my account back with this method although it was actually linked to another email of mine (Idk how this happened but hey, I got it back). I also got a response just within the day. Some tips for yall is to make sure to be detailed as possible. Some stuff I said that (possibly) helped me were - All the 5 stars I have (if you play on multiple servers in one account, I also recommened to mention the details of your account in theother server ur playing in) - If you've ever won the 50/50 and in which banner. - First and last 5 star that you got - The characters in your current team (I also added in which order they were placed in my team) - I also sent some pictures/screenshots I took when I was playing the game so make sure you have a couple of screenshots saved, it'll really come in handy You can also add the date of when you joined but that's all for me. Just remember to elaborate as much as possible + add detailed info. Anyways, tysm. This rlly helped me!
@@chocolat2220 oh, the pics I sent were just screenshots/pics of mine in game. If you don't have any pic saved in your gallery then that's completely fine! Just be as detailed as you can about your acc to prove that you rlly are the owner. Good luck! Hope u get it back soon!

trust in hoyovers if you fill up all correct you will get your account back just like mine i follow this step as u can see at video and it takes for me 6 days to get my account back

Okay so, i deleted genshin cause of glitch (no sound in the game) it happened before so i wasn't worried but when i reinstalled it, it put me in the asia server (im on eu) so when i switch to eu, it said something like data cant be shared to servers something like that. Does that mean my game restarted? I played the game before i uninstalled it to check if there was a sound and there wasn't so i uninstalled. And now its downloading resources but its taking forever, before i uninstalled it says the same thing but it was much faster. So does that mean my game is has been restarted?
i think its useless cause if you forgot the first log in or creation of your account they will rejected your report even though you have all reciepts and pictures of your acc the hoyo security is not helpful

This forum just does not work. I swear you can provide all the true informations and very small details of your account and the chances of you getting it back is still alot smaller than you never being able to get it back. Does Hoyo even care about about it? Or retrieving your account is also a gacha?
uh ive heard bad things about it on r/genshinhacked but ive managed to get like 3 accounts back on 3 separate occassions even with some spotty answers. I think there's definitely something missing or something you're answering wrong but maybe it's just bad luck

uhh I've never heard of this error before. This game is strictly online so even if you lost connection, all data should be saved. You clearly have a different issue

I play it at the same account but I am confuse cause it doesnt log me to my link tl13 account so I continue to play it until i reach TL25 then the net issue come off and literally back to my TL13 account. If that account has never made a genshin impact or honkai star rail account, try starting a new accoutn on like HSR and just leveling it up to like level 15 so that you can use that account to recover the hoyoverse account

I’ve lost my account to Twitter. The day I logged out of my Genshin account to sign into a new one I was permanently suspended on Twitter without any explanation. I’ve tried numerous times to file appeals and I can’t change any information because of the suspension. I haven’t gotten a single response from them for any hope of accessing my account. i'd suggest contacting the developer and seeing if they can confirm your account though your device ID. because they collect all of your phones info. so they might be able to recover your account through that. i'm going to try it today because i lost my star rail account from an update. it wasnt linked with any 3rd part, so i might be screwed.

Its so stupid the fact that they for sure have a data base where they can see you used your email to create the account and now this same account is asking to link it back there cuz hacking sucks. And they make you remember all this shit of dates and stuff when they just need to literally check the account that was used to create it.
i think this is a pretty bad take. When I got hacked, the hacker had complete access to my email. The reason they ask for dates and stuff is to verify that you're actually "you" and your request to relink your account is legitimate. Although the CS team is slow, their forms are difficult for a good reason.

@@davidcosta1586do not put the same email as before. If you already did, when they retrieve your account, theyre gonna send you an email asking for a different email to link it to and this may extend the process by a day

Idk if someone hacked my account (which is VERY LESS LIKELY) since I have never shared any details from my account to anyone + only my friends know my UID. Hoping I get it back
Update!: I got my account back with this method although it was actually linked to another email of mine (Idk how this happened but hey, I got it back). I also got a response just within the day. Some tips for yall is to make sure to be detailed as possible. Some stuff I said that (possibly) helped me were
- All the 5 stars I have (if you play on multiple servers in one account, I also recommened to mention the details of your account in theother server ur playing in)
- If you've ever won the 50/50 and in which banner.
- First and last 5 star that you got
- The characters in your current team (I also added in which order they were placed in my team)
- I also sent some pictures/screenshots I took when I was playing the game so make sure you have a couple of screenshots saved, it'll really come in handy
You can also add the date of when you joined but that's all for me. Just remember to elaborate as much as possible + add detailed info. Anyways, tysm. This rlly helped me!

Okay so, i deleted genshin cause of glitch (no sound in the game) it happened before so i wasn't worried but when i reinstalled it, it put me in the asia server (im on eu) so when i switch to eu, it said something like data cant be shared to servers something like that. Does that mean my game restarted? I played the game before i uninstalled it to check if there was a sound and there wasn't so i uninstalled. And now its downloading resources but its taking forever, before i uninstalled it says the same thing but it was much faster. So does that mean my game is has been restarted?
i think its useless cause if you forgot the first log in or creation of your account they will rejected your report even though you have all reciepts and pictures of your acc the hoyo security is not helpful

This forum just does not work. I swear you can provide all the true informations and very small details of your account and the chances of you getting it back is still alot smaller than you never being able to get it back. Does Hoyo even care about about it? Or retrieving your account is also a gacha?
uh ive heard bad things about it on r/genshinhacked but ive managed to get like 3 accounts back on 3 separate occassions even with some spotty answers. I think there's definitely something missing or something you're answering wrong but maybe it's just bad luck

uhh I've never heard of this error before. This game is strictly online so even if you lost connection, all data should be saved. You clearly have a different issue

I play it at the same account but I am confuse cause it doesnt log me to my link tl13 account so I continue to play it until i reach TL25 then the net issue come off and literally back to my TL13 account. it should usually be instant. chances are hoyoverse systems might be down if ur not getting the code in spam or inbox

if you ever get hacked, you're not getting it back. I'd take extra security steps to keep it safe.
If that account has never made a genshin impact or honkai star rail account, try starting a new accoutn on like HSR and just leveling it up to like level 15 so that you can use that account to recover the hoyoverse account

I’ve lost my account to Twitter. The day I logged out of my Genshin account to sign into a new one I was permanently suspended on Twitter without any explanation. I’ve tried numerous times to file appeals and I can’t change any information because of the suspension. I haven’t gotten a single response from them for any hope of accessing my account. I’ve tried filling in as much information as I could about my account a few days ago, but after contacting Hoyo my request was rejected. It’s been over half a year since I’ve been locked out from it. If anyone has any suggestions or input about my issue, words can’t describe how thankful I am for any help

i'd suggest contacting the developer and seeing if they can confirm your account though your device ID. because they collect all of your phones info. so they might be able to recover your account through that. i'm going to try it today because i lost my star rail account from an update. it wasnt linked with any 3rd part, so i might be screwed.

Its so stupid the fact that they for sure have a data base where they can see you used your email to create the account and now this same account is asking to link it back there cuz hacking sucks. And they make you remember all this shit of dates and stuff when they just need to literally check the account that was used to create it.
i think this is a pretty bad take. When I got hacked, the hacker had complete access to my email. The reason they ask for dates and stuff is to verify that you're actually "you" and your request to relink your account is legitimate. Although the CS team is slow, their forms are difficult for a good reason.
