@@zirnragnvindr i had the same question too while i was in that mess, untill i found out that i can just use the same link again to refill the forum and it worked fine. Keep in mind that the link does expire after a while, and after it does do send another email to get a new one

if it asks you for the email of registration, just tell them the email of registration. when they ask for a new email to link it to, give them an email you have access to. I dont understand whats causing the confusion? IS there a different question asking for your email?

It’s really hard because the owner can claim that u stole the account and then made purchases on dates so and so. How do you know the previous owner is trying to take it back? Also u can file a dispute with the website u bought it from to maybe get ur money back

I hate how there are certain hackers out there changing emails which does affect HoYoLAB. I had to convert my jades to special passes immediately if there were about to troll by turning it into standard passes.

2. I can log in to my hoyoverse account (using my google account that's linked but not in the game because it's sending the verification code to the unknown email) so there's that hacker's email showing there. and there's a blank in where it says ' Username '. what should i write in username ? if it shows blank?
3. i deleted all the connected devices from my hoyoverse account after realising i was hacked. and then i lost access to the game because my phone was also in those connected devices now every time i'm trying to log in the verification code is being sent to the hacker's email. which option should be the right one to choose? if it asks you for the email of registration, just tell them the email of registration. when they ask for a new email to link it to, give them an email you have access to. I dont understand whats causing the confusion? IS there a different question asking for your email?
