Happy Chaos Chase Scene but Drift is playing

It was difficult to find a scene where the music fits the situation at hand, but I realized that the car chase scene was perfect. - Ігри
Jack-o being like "leave it to me!" and then virtually disappearing from the rest of the entire scene will never not be funny.

I mean she stopped to save Chipp and Anji's life, which is probably why she dissapeared afterwards.

Which btw, he has a Legendary Magic Gun so (Crescent Moon), but he uses a Cheap copy of it most of the Time so, minus on his "Deus Ex Machina" super.

I think he means that the answer to "which came first? the chicken or the egg?" is the question. The answer can be anything, but the question came first? The deeper you go, it makes less sense though
I don’t understand this he said “which came first the chicken, or the egg. you know the question, but do you know the answer?” He’s implying that the common answers are wrong because it’s actually a third answer thats correct he didn’t let soul reply because he wasn’t trying to actually ask a question
@@yukko_yoshida he's talking about himself. he believes in the philosophy that everything is made with a purpose. the chicken and egg are made to create the omelette. to make the strongest shield you need to make the strongest sword. its a little complicated but its interesting

Why does this fit so well? The drift starts when the chase actually begins, then there’s the first shift in tone when Chipp appears, the “200 eyes on me” starts when HC shoots him, “I drift tonight” when Nago takes out his sword. Damn this is good.
Especially considering how underwhelming this scene was portrayed in the actual story mode even though it was one of the best moments

I like the idea that the music is playing from chaos's car so it fades out as he gets away

this is friggin awesome. As someone who never bothered to watch the story I appreciate the quality and hype you put into this scene by adding the Chaos' theme.
Oh thank you so much ^^ I am a fan of the story myself, but I always feel that it lacks flavor due to the lack of putting in the OST whenever a character is doing something epic or of importance to the plot.

The reason or motivation in which it continues to exist. The omelette is the product of the chicken/egg along with other products made from the yolk in which validates it’s continued production along with any other style of the omelette I suppose

The "I don't want any conclusions" verse that played when he regenerated his arm fits perfectly because the man can't even die lol
And the moment the opera part came in when he began to monologue about the omelet, that was beautifully done, I literally became engulfed in the scene than before. If they used the character themes some more in the story mode, the story mode wouldn't be so lackluster in some parts.
The lack of actual ingame music on the vanilla story mode its painful. Thanks for making this

Okay, let me say this...I'm not sure if you did all on purpose, but certain parts and verses of the music align perfectly with specific situations of the chase beautifully.
- "200 eyes on me" fits perfectly with Happy Chaos' situation. He has multiple people chasing after him and has a lot of people's attention directed on him.
-The beginning of Drift was a good start with the chase and fits with Chaos' laidback demeanor.
- "I don't want any conclusions" aligned well when Happy Chaos regenerated his arm as if he doesn't want his fun spoiled yet.
-The best part of all, the opera (Disney) segment where Happy was giving Sol a philosophical lecture and the 'blue sky is even more beautiful than ever' fits perfectly with the shot of camera panning out toward the sky when Chaos showed that black mist creature.
its actually "i dont want to goad delusions" which fits even better because he's just showing him that he can do that instead of goading the delusion that sol did some damage

Now THIS is a true gem, great work. It fits overwhelmingly perfect. "two hundred eyes on me" in this scene feels like the whole lyrics of the song have been written around this very moment. Just wow

I actually loved the honesty quite haunting juxtaposition between the “more beautiful than ever” and the scene with the huge dark cloud looming above everything and it really fits his character

I wish the story mode had more than 4 animators and was animated like the rest of the game is but they probably knew 90% of people wouldn’t watch the story.

This is kino. Also might make some sense in the plot but I can't be bothered to dissect it now. But it sounds like it would fit with the whole Backyard thing, the Original and Happy Chaos.

only seeing this video now and u did an amazing job. Hopefully the second part of the story uses some more music as well. Great syncing and everything. Obviously the orchestra part was the best fitting (i also saw the other details, great job!)

I hadn't seen this in the game myself, yet. So when I saw this video I genuinely wasn't sure if this was actually the cutscene as it was. This fits perfectly, as though the cutscene was made to sync to the song, but apparently the actual cutscene doesn't have this music? I legitimately can't understand why. Everything times up so well that I didn't understand the title at first. It just looks like a really cool cutscene.

Unfortunately, no. BUT...with the new story coming out, we can only hope to have them put actual character themes whenever they have a spotlight.

I realize this may sound a bit contradictory now, but I've never been big on the idea of fate. So even if we only know, I dunno, four percent of what makes up the universe... Discovering the remaining 96 percent doesn't really interest me. Neither does wealth, honor, influence... The most important thing for me...is drama. What kind of story are you about to write for us?

just some food for thought but do you realise that if Sol shoot happy chaos’s right side we would have cut the story mode by 3 hours?
I kinda like this scene, even though I think that the pacing is a bit too realistic. The progression is flawed in a very realistic sort of way, but not in a way that makes the scene more enjoyable. Its the characters existing in the same world as eachother, but it's not drawing a nice, coherent picture for me. I would have personally liked if anji communicated a little with Sol and Jack-O when he appeared, yes, there is a chase going on, but chaos was just offering token resistence that chip could honestly deal with and anji could have caught up with him at any time. This would have set-up him being overwhelmed by HC's true nature/soul a lot more, him being a bit too sure about what this play was about, not knowing that happy chaos of all things is the director. Everything makes sense, but the scene isn't filled with as much color as I would like.

It would have been even better if the Drift was edited for the scene with the purpose of skipping some parts. The famous "Disney part" of it should have started as soon as Happy Chaos stood up in his car, would have had more impact that way. And the ending wouldn't have been so abrupt too.
