That’s HARD ass job. You get the flow like any waitstaff but this is a lot different. Hats OFF...total respect for the organization that THIS takes to go smooth for every performance. 👍❤️❤️
I got back from Medieval Times just a few hours ago and I'm absolutely amazed by the show and I appreciate everyone's hardwork to make everything possible -- to the point that I'm seriously considering working there myself in the future. Despite the brilliant acting of the people, I think I might have enjoyed Sorra the Falcon's flight the best but I might have been a little bit biased due to my love of animals. Sorra's also quite a beautiful bird and I'm grateful that her handler, Autumn I believe, was able to answer most of the questions I had of her (Pardon me if I accidentally spelled either of their names wrong. I basically have to guess since I've never seen the names in print) I can't wait to visit again, especially if my brother is with me because it was such a joy to watch and I want him to experience it as well.
I'm amazed how you managed to complete your job all while capturing behind the scenes footage. The serving part already seems insanely hard!! I love medieval times
Nice documentary. I worked in the show department as a squire many years ago and it was definitely my favorite job of my life. Even after 20 years, I still miss it.
Posted 2 and a half years ago and I'm just now seeing this. Honestly i love to visit for the servers and cooks just as much as the actors and animal workers, they always make it a fun experience. It truly takes just as much skill and practice to host so many people and handle all the food/drinks without accident as it does to weild the weapons and ride the horses. Mad Respect to all the workers out there
Well, I guess we have to go to Atlanta now... my husband and I are both leads at the Toronto castle but your location is gorgeous and I cannot express how jealous I am of that kitchen.
Went to my most likely last show in SoCal. It was one of the last family get togethers before I move. My 3 kids ages 9-25 my older sisters and my first ex wife (my best friend). Everyone was amazing. Since I paid for VIP tickets for all 7 of us my sister took the tip, I hope she tipped well. As an ex restaurant server I am guessing she did. Since I worked for a company fixing and installing Beer systems I have been able to see behind the scenes at similar shows. The coordination is fantastic. These people worked their butts off, tip them well.
I took my granddaughter to Toronto this past Sunday for, her 8th birthday. Her first time there, and she hasn't stopped talking about it since. The servers were all first class, and always made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks for the hard work you all do to make it enjoyable, especially for the children. I wish I had known in advance how hard you work. I would have left a better tip. I'll know for next time when my grandson is a little older, and he will want to attend.
While true, it's not very accurate, the spirit of the medieval showmanship is there. During medieval times it was customary at grand tournaments to have mock battles and displays of extravagance, that weren't even realistic at the time but just for pleasing the crowd, so I'm kind of OK with this level of inaccuracy if it's just for a bit of entertainment. tbh we British have some part to blame for the pseudo-medieval accent, mostly from Victorian times onwards with plays and later films developing that style that everyone copies today as their perceived medieval look and sound.
Hey Daniel, my 2 older brothers and one of my nephew are going to see the Medieval Times in New Jersey this coming October 13th, 2023... Wish I could see you there... It would be awesome... Your vlog makes me wanna go to work there in the mainland. I live and work here in Oahu... One of my favorite cities are Seattle and Anaheim...
Looks like really fun job. What Castle do you work at? Also you're kitty is adorable what's here name? Don't mind me I'm just a cat fanatic. I've gone to the Chicago Castle a cuple times sitting in the Red and Yellow Knight's section it's an awesome show. I loved everything but I do have to say as a women I loved the fighting nice the best it was kick ass and I always scream my lungs out for my Lord The Red and Yellow Knight lol. I've always known a lot goes into each and every one of the shows, but thanks to these behind the scenes really appreciate the kitchen staff even more as well as the rest of the behind the scenes crew.
Absolutely love Medieval Times!! I attend the one in lyndenhurst nj. Im 27 and I still love the show to this day! I would love to work there! Keep up the great work. I love seeing this behind the scenes. Where is this one located?
I would love to bring my date here I know he would love this. And also his family lots of kids. He's British and he likes this type of things. The only issue is that he is the only one that is a vegetarian. Is this vegetarian freindly?
Yes. After your server introduces themselves, just let them know that you want the vegetarian option. The vegetarian meal includes tomato soup, bread, three bean rice stew, dessert, and coffee. So he should get plenty of food, and the rest of you can have the chicken option.

wow we definitely need some upgrades at the Orlando castle !
Haha at 14:20 your bud totally was like "yeah idgaf ima just set this here with all the weight on one side"xD

It NEVER made sense to me... That in a "Spanish" castle, everyone tries to speak with a fake "English" accent!

Also the fact that they have tomato soup but tomatos came about Europe after the Colombian trade it infuriates me every time
Cool inside look!!! Thank you

Hello I would like to know who is the head of medevil times?
The king!
Hi
There are some cute girls working there.
How disappointed was your family when they found out you were a server and not a knight?
I feel like no one realizes that y’all work for tips. Or is it just my family. We’ve been there twice & didn’t tip
