Shreeding of Earthmover Tires - ARJES TITAN 950

Tires for construction machinery have to withstand extreme conditions in everyday life. The service life is accordingly also below that of conventional car/truck tires. This also poses special challenges for the recycling of these "colossuses" of vulcanized rubber compound and wire mesh.
Our most powerful shredder, type TITAN 950, took on this task and mastered it with flying colors. The combination of asynchronous drive and paddle shafts cuts reliably into the material and produces a final product size of 0-300mm for subsequent processing.
