A 5 minute summary of Genesis 19. In Genesis 19, two angels warned Lot that the city of Sodom was going to be destroyed. Lot escaped with his wife and two daughters before fire and brimstone rained down on the city. Lot escaped to Zoar and lived in a cave. Lot’s daughters got him drunk and became pregnant by him.

This is a horror story, Lot was suppose to be righteous but instead he offered his 2 virgin daughters to the crowd to do whatever they wanted to do with them., then after they were safe he had sex with both of them. Where is Lot's righteousness? Then Lot's wife just made a little mistake, what and who did that hurt? So God killed her, Where is God's forgiveness and Love, as Love thy neighbor, forgive thy enemy, turn the other cheek. So much wrong with this silly story, Lot wasn't worth saving if you condemn all the others. Another fairy tale, but shows God's cruelty.
@@patriciaphilo Wow, talking about twisting the evil acts and making them seem good. So you would sacrifice your children for what you think are angels? Lot's wife made a mistake, a direct command to not look back harmed no one, Lot used for sin, then everyone who sins is used for sin the way you think, How is lot in line of genealogy of Jesus when God is the father, so no male has anything to do with his linage. Mary's genealogy is not traced to Jesus because women are not considered as equals. Since Joseph is not the father how do you get a lineage to King David? So God used Lot for sin to have sex with his 2 daughters to create a lineage to Jesus as he could not think of another way other than incest. This is nonsense, most all the Bible stories are so cruel, God kills women who are not virgins on wedding night, kills a man for picking up sticks, kills children for sin committed by father, condones slavery, polygamy, infanticide, genocide, racism, abortion. You need to read the Bible instead of listening to pastors justifying horrible deeds and fairy tales. I was raised in church and when I read the Bible I was so shocked and hurt because I have been lied to. Most atheist are former Christians that read the Bible and cannot reconcile the horrible and unjust killing.
Two times God had people populate the earth through incest, how come he cannot think of a better way than people having sex with their siblings?Also research has proved atheist know the Bible better than any religious denomination. Why are there 45,000 different christian denominations?

Even though I'm in no way religious, this makes so much damn sense. I do believe in God. I really do. I'm just not sure if Christ was his son. I believe in the Old Testament God. He's so mean and vengeful, but He really does love us. He's just exasperated with us lol
I fully agree. I mean no disrespect to others but I personally also only believe in the one God. A single diety. The God of the Old Testament. The merciful and majestic creator and sustainer of the universe. Yahweh. The entire bible reiterates this same monotheistic idea retelling it in different ways but in my personal Bible readings only one God is ever spoken of . Even Jesus prayed to God so it’s impossible for him to be God incarnate and the trinity is refuted many times in the Old Testament anyways . nor is it possible for an omnipotent omniscient omnipresent self sufficient God who is free of need to have a son.
Watch testimonies of people who literally died and met Jesus, also those who have gone to hell because they didn't believe in Jesus Christ. This has happened to atheists over and over again, they get revived by doctors and come back full believers of Jesus. With understanding that our world was so destroyed, we needed Jesus. There's so much more info and proof on this. Too much to type. I pray you find Jesus ❤ I love you, have an amazing night ❤

I also don't see how Daddy Lot impregnating his two daughters and then blaming it on his daughters "makes sense". Blaming their victims is usually the go-to for the pedo.
@@kingdomofgodisathand You do know that this happens to people who live in countries that are not predominantly Christian, too, right? Except, they don't see Jesus, they see the god of their country's predominant religion.
