Why You Need to Institutionalize & Put Up for Your Work - Focus on SME's

Organizations succeed or fail based on how they are structured. With the right leadership, organizational structures and the right systems they have a better chance at succeeding. Unfortunately, most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often operate without putting up structures to guide their operations. Without these, they contend with inefficiencies, are bogged down with nuances of day to day operations which if were structured would save them time to focus on strategic priorities to grow and thrive in their ecosystem. In this video, I discuss the essence of structures with examples on some experiences I've encountered/heard of which are a cost to these organizations if not addressed.
