  • I built another detailing rig for the business. As standard with the Suds&Go brand I had to make it look the part. The water system in this van will produce approximately 2,500 gallons of spotfree water per day. At around 2 gallons a minute this is an absolute beast. You can fill a 50 gallon water tank in around 25 minutes. 100 gallons in around 50min. If you’re interested in learning more about how the spotless water booster can benefit your business please visit my webpage www.SpotlessWaterGuy.com
    Hope you enjoyed this video. Please consider liking and subscribing. It costs you nothing but means the world to me. Love you all. Links to products below:

    To put people in context you can literally drink the water the Reverse Osmosis filter out and in the majority of the cases is going to be better for your health than the water you buy to drink from the super markets bottled lol,I had to set an RO at home because the PPM reads out of our well was 1,200 and I have exactly the same pump you featured in the video of course with lot more tanks and so on but mine was 13,000 Grants so I figured yours is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination

      Thank you for your comment! Yes this is not a cheap system by any means but wow has it paid for itself over and over again. You are correct that you can drink the water coming straight out of the RO but I will add that once it enters the DI resin you should not drink that water. I get this question a lot so I wanted to clarify as people read through the comments. Your water is hard at 1,200ppm that’s crazy. Glad to see other people harnessing the power of RO.

      Water filters is $6000usd on his website. The steamer $1700. Pressure washer $1700. Those are the high ticket items, count up the rest and round it off to 300 each. Tank, hose reels with hose. Electrical relite. Piping. Fittings, etc etc. I would estimate $15,000 investment if you build it yourself. If you have all the build sheets, this is a $2000 job, if someone is designing it could be $10,000. If they build it for you and purchase everything, you looking at a total price of 35,000 and you provide the van. That's my guess from previously shopping around.

      Hey brother I typically don’t build set ups to sell but I do sell the water system. The system puts out approx 2 gallons a minutes. When you use it in conjunction with a water tank typically you are fine with a 4gpm pressure washer because the tank is constantly filling. If you want to jump on a call let me know. Would be happy to run through any other questions 👍

    Do you have any issues with the electrical reel tripping? I have to reset mine if I run two things at the same time.

      @SpotlessWaterGuy  Рік тому +1

      I don’t have many issue with that. I have a 4 way electrical outlet box that Ralda built for me. It’s cut back on alot of those tripping issues because it plugs into the 30amp outlet on the Generator. You should reach out to Tony and order one they are great.

    How many cars can you get done with that 50 gallon tank. How difficult is it to set up those pump systems. I wanted to do a gravity fed system but even then when the water level is really low I don't think it would work as good.

    • @SpotlessWaterGuy
      @SpotlessWaterGuy  3 місяці тому

      I use a lot of water when I clean. I can do 1 truck or 1.5 cars with 50 gallons. I use a Kranzle pressure washer which has a built in pump. It pulls water from the tank on its own.

      @@SpotlessWaterGuy knowing that gives me a good baseline. I want to be able to do at least two cars without a refill just in case someone comes up to me while I'm doing the first car. I think a 100 gallon tank would be a good option for me.

      I keep coming back watching this video because it is compact and by it being small it keeps beginners from buying too much stuff they might not need Yet. But it's one thing missing or at least I didn't see and I have never seen in any setup, a FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Please invest in that. There is a lot of potential for fire in these detail ING setups. Make sure it covers gasoline and chemicals. You may need two depending on how they handle different fire types. Loving your channel.
