We called this episode "filler", but we really ate our words when it came to the final episodes! (And yes, we've finished watching the whole season, just need to get the reacts up!)

This episode was a nice callback to S3’s camping episode. Not only that but, we got to learn about some interesting Equestrian lore too; something that I’m always intrigued to see from this series. Naturally, the tale of Mistmane was the one I liked most. Nice reaction, guys!
Fun fact: The names of these three ponies of legend were mentioned by Sunburst in the second half of the S6 premiere.
I enjoyed this episode a lot when I first seen it. I really enjoyed watching ya'll reaction. Poor armoured though. It ain't no friggin tears "Its Liquid Pride" as I think armoured put it in slice of life reaction. Thanx for sharing your adventures with us as when ya watch these episodes.
Mistmane's tale was my favorite out of the bunch but all of them were all a lot of fun to watch. Nice call back to the season 3 episode as well.

I have watched many reactors and almost all label this and some other episodes in the past, fillers and I can't help but giggle ... for reasons! Plus we did see how RD now referring to Scootaloo as a sister, which is awesome if you ask me.
I just love this episode!
I wonder if that green dragon was Tourche's mate at that point of time. I mean Ember has to have come from somewhere if she is his daughter, right? The color doesn't match but still!
Now that you mention it, Ember's shape does seem to be a bit of a mishmash of that green dragon's body and Torch's horns.

Have to say that Rockhoof’s tale is like How to Train Your Dragon meets Thor. Rockhoof as scrawny mirrors Hiccup.
Whereas Mistmane’s story is like Avatar: The Last Airbender in terms of the conflict between her and her old schoolmate.
Funny how even if Spike isn’t in this episode, he still gets dissed (and by Scootaloo for that matter).
Armoured's lucky. His friends know him so well.
I really didn't connect with this episode, but your gracious reaction to Mistmane's tale increased my level of enjoyment.

Rockhoof's story reminds me of Avatar Roku. Perhaps Rookhoof became an Earthbender? MLP x Avatar crossover, anyone?
