Sorry to hear about your ICU experience, but it seems like you learned some valuable lessons because of it. I have a similar ICU experience after some major surgeries for Crohn's Disease -- it is unwise to push yourself too far.

On an island in a remote lake with great people,,nothing you have to do,no place you have to be and no time you have to be there !! But it's also nice to stop when we are climbing the ladder to stop and just take in the view and breathe and collect our thoughts. Then once we have collected our breath. Then it's time to push on. Until our next break.. This is what my dad would say to me
