@@NOHITJEROME yea, I should probably try to save currency for the gems, because they have a great impact in our DPS/Healing raid/dungeon/pvp encounters!

Hey Jerome, great video! I was wondering if you could share more about the best places to farm Titanium Ore for prospecting in Phase Three? I'd love to maximize my chances of getting Epic Gems before phase 3 goes out.
Hi Mike, I made a mining guide a while back and mentioned Icecrown. However, I haven't been mining lately and some commenters mentioning that Wintergrasp is a good option. Try both and report back with the results :D

75%+ of my titanium comes from icecrown. If you’re on a peak time with some layers from people doing dailies layer hopping works, or if no layers then respawns happen pretty quickly

Hey! One mroe quick question for ya. You have mentioned that you pre farm the JC daily. I have done that for three of them, and had 10 in the bank, but the next time I got the same quest, everything disappeared. Any solutions to that or has it ben patched?
hi ThatGreekArchitect, you have to make the item. meaning you create it, which changes the item ID to one that doesnt disappear
@@NOHITJEROME I did make them, use the two gems and still it disappeared. I will test with the vrykul that is stacked 20 when it comes again and update!
@@ThatGreekArchitect I just did it and it worked. I have stacks of Bright Armor Relic, Wicked SUn Brooch, Blood Jade Amulet, Intricate Bone Figurine, etc. I bought the gems to combine with the dropped item. Then I craft the items. Then I turn in the quest. Are you following those steps? Maybe it doesn't work in some regions
@@NOHITJEROME Maybe first leavign the items I the bank, or first giving in the quest has something to do with it. I will check again today!
@@ThatGreekArchitect i wonder if leaving an unfinished version in the bank is causing the problems. maybe that causes all of them to disappear
By the way, do you only prospect Titanium, or Saronite as well?
I was doing saronite, have you tried it recently? I would like to go back and see if it's profitable again
@@NOHITJEROMEI have not prospected it yet, because I want to save all the ores I have until P3 hits and then see what happens. I assume it's still more profitable than just selling the ore.
Not sure where you get the Titanium ore prices from, but they are round 7g a piece on my server. So 1000 ore would be more like 7000g, not 2000g
hi max, the prices have changed since this video, they got a lot more expensive. ore was 2g ea at the time rip

Trying be fast with my hpally leveling I'm 67 and can't do JC daily yet
Once you hit level 70, you'll be able to start doing the Jewelcrafting daily quests. don't forget to train your Jewelcrafting skill when you can while doing your leveling I completely forgot about it and it was sooo much work :(

you can start the JC daily soon and it's great XP, you can do the trick to pre-farm multiple of each day at once. so it's a good 1-2 hour farming session per daily, highly recommended (you just bring the mats for each jc daily and make the item and it'll keep dropping)
@@MiW-rh9po Also don't forget you can do the trick to save up multiple of each day of the JC daily if you bring the mats while you are farming. makes it a great way to level and get JC dailies locked up in advance
What about stockpiling Icy Prisms?
don't believe they will contain epic gems, but they WILL be profitable next phase with epic gems in them. frozen orbs should hit rock bottom, having 10 jc alts would be tempting but probably too expensive
What if blizzard makes so titanium ores mined before the patch wont contain Epic gems? They have done things like that before.

Nah the ores you have farmed/brought will still give epic gems but any icy prism you have made will not just like in tbc
@@pdaq5284 I do think icy prisms will be profitable again with epic gems. Though frozen orbs will be more expensive as people spend their emblems on gems. Might want to stock up supplies now
@@NOHITJEROME I’ve stopped crafting them for now. Like you said any orbs I get are bank until next patch
@@knwgt5426 good call, I think prisms will be worth it soon. worst case you can sell the frozen orbs for profit :D
Fishing does not give epic gems. Literally did fishing daily every single day and still haven’t gotten an epic gem.

Top 5 Ways? There are only 5 Ways XD Also prospecting is not that great. You get Honor waaaaay easier and faster than some Ore.
prospecting is amazing, each prospect is about a 16% chance of getting an epic gem, plus you get blues which hold value for transmutes. i can't imagine there being a better way to get the gems
@@NOHITJEROME People already have hundreds and thousands of Emblems and Shards laying around. And you get Honor way to fast. 1 Wintergraps gives you like 1015k and then there are all those PvP Dailys with way to much honor. All that without even participating in PvP
@@retroprogamer7009 a lot of people have liquidated to get blue gems, remember you can get blue gems for emblems now too
@@NOHITJEROME but people knew from the beginning how they will be able to get the Epic gems and kept all the leftover badges for later. Sure some may have tried to make some gold on day 1 when the Blue Gems came but prices dropped very quickly and they have accumulated more Badges over time.
@@retroprogamer7009 I think you are likely right. The majority of the profit will come from getting the recipes early (since most people won't be cutting their own gems) and the first week where prices are high. Then things will tank and likely be similar to current blue gem prices. What do you think?
