I am Indonesian. And i can confirm that Indonesian people are used to playing badminton against the wind (just everywhere). If we play on a proper field like this (usually paid per hours), it is very enjoyable for us. We rarely have a free field in Indonesia. Only a rented one.
This is not even men doubles, they’re just single players messing around showing off their”skills” all of the shots are hard, only 1 in 10 are soft shots, if you compare it to actual professional and international games you won’t see rallies like this
Besides I don’t know if they’re playing serious or not because I assume it’s a performance game rather than serious so maybe that’s why they’re playing at such slow pace
