Started last year, watched almost all your videos, bought my first wtd yesterday, after seeing this, this morning hit my PB with a 1.8kg large (live in Italy not confident with pounds 🤣).
All i can say is thank you for your tips.
Caught me a 8 pound bass on a spinner bait yesterday, went out again today and caught a 6 pounder bass on the spinner bait, with 3 other bas following the 6 pounder all the way to the top it was insane 😌👌

Maybe a separate video on whopper plopper, just because it is such a great lure for top water that we did not grow up with. I do recall seeing a pod cast on the subject.

I was all excited to throw my frog today but the temp had to drop from 80 to 50s over the last two days and fish aren’t biting anything on top around here. The plastics doing good though

Man, a bought a Hula Popper 2.0 the other day. Mainly because it was so pretty, and I've got a small lake here with blugill popping like crazy right now. I'm super excited to take a swing with it. It has the prettiest tail feather on it.

I got a frog fish back in March here on the CA Delta
@@AnglerAnthony got my first frog fish March 15 at a pond here in Nor Cal and have been catching them throughout the spring. Caught some good ones frogging at Clearlake 1st week of April
Even the people replying to this are late. In late February I’m slow rolling a buzz bait over submergent grass lines. - Central/south Arkansas.
I was listening to bluegill pop under my floating dock. Then a big bass nailed them and actually smashed into the dock right under my feet. That's the only time a bass has scared me.

Been using topwaters in Maryland since April.
I had to laugh the other day at the lake. I saw a broken stick maybe 4 inches long floating buy in front of me and a bass hit it hard. My first thought was Im throwing a 10.00 top water lure and this fish literally hit a stick. My second thought was I love this sport.. Thanks for your videos as I have learned a lot. Keep fishin

Frogs yes, but the Stanley Top Toad stands out to me as the perfect topwater search bait.

Chartreuse and white are basically the same when it comes to the way bass see color..
What is your height/weight and what size sun shirt do you have on? Have a couple older AFTCOs that although size L, are still snug on this portly OG.
