I woulda put on axle tubes and leaf or coil springs. Also your u-joints are huge. I have a much better way to make u-joints but I wont say, but I will say its a simple concept! And much tighter and smoother.
As for axle tube, a little larger brass tube than the axle, heated and melt into that plastic and Zap em in, Make sure to solder on a spring base first, once their in you can't heat them or you'll melt the plastic.
You're probably talking about the silicon tube method,with the ball in the middle...

David Dayton yeah I agree. Unfortunately for you and I... most of the micro RC stuff is very much not English speaking. I know a company called tiny 4x4 has (out of stock) the DAS87 for sale and some subtitled tutorials about assembly. This however made from scratch is a whole other level. This guy is a micro wizard!!
