Actually, I also replaced the battery of YAMAHA "DX7ll FD" at the same timing.

Why we need replace the battery?
If the battery dies, user tones and settings saved in RAM will be lost.
For models whose factory settings are saved in ROM, they remain even if the battery dies.
In any case, products with built-in batteries will need to be replaced every few years.
It depends on the frequency of use.
If you do not want to lose your tones and settings when replacing the battery, you will need to save them to external media in advance.

私も、ほぼ初めてのハンダ作業でB500の電池交換をしました。
思っていたよりは簡単でしたよ。
ハンダで火傷しない様に気を付けないといけませんが、意外と簡単に取れます。
この動画にはなかったですが、基盤にハンダが詰まってしまった場合は、溶かしたハンダを吸い取る道具も有ります。
人によっては、電池ホルダーを取り付けて、2回目以降はボタン電池を抜き差しするだけにしている方もいる様です。
スペース的に取り付けられる電池ホルダーを探さないといけませんが...。
メーカーに依頼しても、対応してくれるかは不明ですし、もしご自身で作業できるならば、遥かに低予算で交換できますよ。
もしお近くの方でしたら、サクッと私が交換して差し上げても良いのですが、そう言う訳にもいかないでしょうし...。

ソフトウェア音源を使って、短いフレーズを打ち、コピー＆ペーストしたり、転調させたりしただけのものです。

このBGMは簡単に作ったので、実機のMoogではなく、ソフト音源のMoog系を使っていると思います。
