It's one of the most annoying things in BDO, splendid alchemy stone are pretty much unobtainable in game and they make event to just grant them to a randomly selected handful for no reason at all and at the same time if you want to gear up with honest work, you're subject to all kinds of caps, diminishing returns, shameless vendor cron price changes etc, almost as if the game is not meant for playing.
