Actually, if you spend the entire 10k you also get the final prize which is even more fragments to upgrade the star rating. Overall you get a 2-3 star rating weapon or armor for 10k starchrom and many more fragments. And the game gives you a metric ass ton of starchrom anyways.

Hell yeah!! I need to do pulls for some blueprints myself, at least to have some upgrade materials if nothing else.
