Things didn't turn out like I wished. Car was a write off, the cost to repair it was around €17.000. 🥺

Lieber 100 euro im fahr für ADAC / ÖAMTC zahlen als 9x mehr für so eine firma. Alleine beim ersten versuch hätte ich nein gesagt.

Why was this not handled by insurance ?

Because they already did the Evaluation and they don't want to pay the damages that occurred after the Evaluation. I think that the insurance is fair. The tow company has to pay for the extra damages.
