This 2009 BMW 525d is one good car, probably one of the best family cars. It comes equiped with the 3 Liter engine that puts out 197 HP and 400 Nm. Weighing a little over 1600 Kg it does not feel the weight due to the high torque and the beautiful automatic transmission.

I don't like any touring cars from mercedes. Audi has a better transmission than the bmw, but the interior in the bmw is a much better place to be. Anyway, after I recorded the video, I bought the e61 😅
@@SlowFord What fuel consumption do you get when you drive it normally around 120 km/h ?
The gearbox seems to slip a little… especially on high power usage

What is the price range in Germany to buy a e60/61 with this engine? I’m looking for one
I believe around 3-4k for a beater or around 5-6k for one that was well maintained.
Are those engines good in term of reability? And overall al those car good? I wanna buy something like this.
This was one good car with a reliable engine, but after only 6 days of ownership, had an accident and it was a write off. 🥺
