Jeff this is such a detailed and informative video. I must have watched it and paused it 100 times to get a closer look at your setup. I just picked up a mixer tbi and a 325 hp water jacketed evaporator for my turbo3. Gotta figure out all the fittings, hoses and lockoff valve, but im pretty stoked to get this all hooked up! I think it will solve a lot of issues I was having with the gasoline fuel injection system.
Honestly, if your asking those questions, this won't be easier. The easy thing is to fix what you have now. It all needs to work for the propane to run your just switching fuel sources. Good luck
Recently bought a 91 Geo Metro Lsi. In some of your videos you have mentioned hill climber head . How can I tell if my 3 cylinder has this type of head?
Just switch to a carburetor. I would suggest a pict 32 solex. All you need is to change the compression and fuel/air correction jets. You’ll use a lot more ethanol than petrol so your fuel tank or range gets smaller. The better conversion is propane as you can retain both fuel systems. If switched to ethanol and alcohol they both operate around the same compression ratio. You’d need a cheap ethanol supply to justify it in the USA. Plus it’s hard to find To travel outside the few regions it’s available. Im paying half the price for propane here in Washington always from my local distributor compared to the price of unleaded. Fun project
My fuel system and electrical system is toast. Can I just put one of these throttle bodies on there instead? No wiring needed? I think this might be easier than rewiring the whole thing. So how is the throttle cable hooked up? And what kind of ignition timing are you running?
Jeff I know this isn't the video for this comment but some of your videos have disabled comments... are you aware of any company selling new upholstery seat covers foam etc. I feel like these are popular enough to warrant that but I haven't been able to find any.... or at least custom exact fit seat covers

That’s a head I created and sold.
Could you please send me the information on this conversion please.
WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO CONVERT TO 100% ETHANOL I HAVE A 1992 XFI G10

Hi Jeff what is the estimated cost of a propane conversion and about how many hours are we looking at to do the conversion?

Jeff, Could we take a ride in it running on propane so we can see it work ?
They work just like a normal Geo, there is no difference. Its just a toggle switch to switch between unleaded and propane.
Where did you buy this kit from?
kibler1985 it's not a kit. We sourced everything individually. Try Jerry at Nash fuels for parts.
