I just bought a deep just like this it will be the first-time using, i dont have any experience. Do i peel all cover plastic wrap ? And which temperature is good for frying chips?

Yes peel off all plastic on the inside, ckeck on the video which temp I used, can't remember well. I used chips as demonstration of how it works at the end of the video.
