It’s interesting listening to individuals concerning Chimney inspections it’s not that important to be CSIA certified chimney sweep I have been certified for 25 years and a difference between an individual that certified and one that’s not like night and day anybody can clean Chimney to give a proper inspection whether it’s a visual level one or level two includes a video scan Cameron inspectiontwo different animals I think it’s important to not minimize the fact that you really don’t have to be certified to clean the chimney which is true but on the flipside of the coin you’re dealing with fire safety in peoples homes and if you’re not aware of the standards set by the NFPA to 11 you’re just really barking at shadows
