Brilliant timing: I've just recieved funding for a month of MMA training. I finally have something I am passionate about and everything is aligning. My diet has changed, and I've been losing weight steadily. I primarily eat a stew which is made of varieties of vegetables, high collagen chicken stock, pork, mackerel, haddock, and cartiligenous beef, as well as an enormous amount of all-spice. It tastes horrible but I like that. I will be fight ready in a year. Everything else is fading away. These videos have helped me enormously. I watch them every day. They teach me what is good and noble.
So many UA-cam videos have negativity or people not understanding the message, but these videos get nothing but love, this channel speaks to your inner deeper self and there’s no way to hate, only to appreciate and think deeply about oneself Thxs and keep on making people better
