I currently have a skin condition all over my body. The doctor diagnosed it as psoriasis or eczema and it is untreatable I have also done my research about it and the doctor is somehow right, but I have read that a lot of people got healed from it. I refuse to believe that this condition is untreatable. It might take over my skin but it would not break my mind. I write everyday on my notebook that I would be completely healed I always believe that I am healing and also I believe that lord God will help me get through this, I always pray. I workout everyday, no excuses. I am preparing for my freedom. I will come back here when I am healed. If you think depression and anxiety is making you suffer, I hope you can see me personally so you can understand how lucky you are

I have made a mistake, and thought all the strugglers would find useful the solution:
In my search for growth, I tried to take all faults, direct or not. But, I mismatched *admitting the fault* and *guilting myself* for it.
I've just realized the importance of this difference. Don't shame yourself for mistakes, admit them and grow from them.
Guilt isn't the catalyst to progress, quite the contrary for me. So don't feel bad; admit your faults but ask yourself :
*Do I truly, deeply deserve the guilt I am putting on myself?*

I changed for life after suffering a rotator cuff tear at 18 because of overtraining. The stress caused Me to develop a fungal infection I've had for 6 months. Now at 19 I worked slow and steady to heal the shoulder and my fungal infection is a few days from being gone. Simultaneously dealing with these issues and the stress of my situation changed me for life. It is sad I lost so much time to injury and spent my year in discomfort. But I learned how to heal myself and what I'm capable of, I am glad I have had the opportunity to learn from suffering at a young age, I will never again feel so hopeless, these lessons I carry with me for life.

This is some of the most true advice you will ever find. Your biggest setbacks you will look at one day and realize they were the greatest things that happened to you....that is, if you don't live in the past. Prior to my greatest tragedy, I did live in the past. It was this tragedy that forced me to look at what I was doing my whole life and realize I was screwing up. That I had so much more in me to give to the world, and I was wasting it.
My biggest victories came after my biggest defeats. I was definitely being prepared for bigger and better things. Being tested and prepared to ready me for my fate. God bless you brothers. If God is putting you through the fire, know that it's because he is strengthening you for the path ahead of you. Remember, "Every man has two lives, and the second starts when he realizes he has just one".

Always keep your heart and mind open to enlightenment throughout your day, even when the moment seems mundane.
I found something when editing a video and it was a preset within the program that truly struck me and mirrors this.
The saying was, “Things do not get easier, you get better”.
I feel if we hold on to things like this when experiencing life, we can evolve from the victim mindset, and realize that we always have room to grow and take responsibility for our lives.
Our higher self seems to be at times forgotten when we get swept away in our emotions. That’s what makes this place so great, it’s a wake up call that allows us to reconnect with our higher self and continue our growth in this life.
Sending love to you brothers as we traverse this together.

@@owenmanley4231 The modern CGI anime feels souless compared to the older hand drawn ones because it is too polished and removed from human art.
Also the background music is not as nice, In previous videos the music has highpoints and low points and sometimes the speech cuts out to just music and allows you to reflect on the words that you have just heard.
Furthermore the content of this speech. He talks alot about coping with issues. and how to cope well. Its not a positive message its a negative one. So "how to go against X" rather than "how to do X." post traumatic growth is a good topic but I dont think this is a good speech about it.
Also the speech talks about the "moral imperative to reduce suffering" which is a very political statement in line with utilitarian philosophy. Previous videos dont make such political statements. This is a bigger issue for me personally because I believe that utilitarianism is evil.
If your goal is to eliminate suffering or to promote pleasure as an END IN ITSELF. this ultimately leads to death. Other people not familiar with arguments against this philosophy would probably think "oh suffering=bad, sure thats a reasonable uncontroversial statement, no issue" But its actually not a true statement for reasons that are too extensive to get into here.

Struggling and suffering aren't necessarily bad. Embrace it, and by time, it becomes more like a mental test of one's character

I don't usually comment on these videos, although they have helped me a lot over the past year after the death of one of my best friends.
I've known the guy half my life for 16 years.
My dog recently died at almost 16 as well.
I'm not writing this to make anyone feel sorry for me, but because what is said in this film is true.
Paradoxically, in the last year I have done more in my life than in the last decade.
Now i feel despite my sadness that i am alive and not just comfortably existing.
Sometimes the pain is good but, we'll find out after a while.

Don't run away, run to your problems and face them head on. Talk about it, write about it, do something about it. Thank you.

Thanks Gravemind for this masterpiece.. I needed to hear this. Going through great anxiety lately, facing my trauma, my demons. I started writing and will continue to do so. Im ready to transcende my traumas into new life. A new start for me. The scared angry crying kid that's inside me. I need to let go of the pain and begin anew as a man. Thank you brother. Stay the course.
