I wish I had tools such as Ted Talks on UA-cam and books like that when I was in Highschool. I also really love Brene Brown and watched her on Netflix I watched it by myself and again with my Daughter.

Blessed are they that can wipe out both lust and religion out of their lives, and do their work. Both things are fatal for the poor that they will lack money because giving too much time on unprofitable matters, and bad for the rich that they will not spend and be fair to poor people. Lust kills your brain, religion robs your time, period.
It's amazing how much shame has been created by the organized religions that drive our societies today.
Don't forget political activist groups too; both do it to *control* people. It's base *tyranny* .
