Your instruction videos are top notch as well. Look forward to getting shot down by you and the other pilots. o7
A big thanks to Danger Dogs (Bacon) and 362 Sqn. (Dollar) for the aerial support in this mission. It absolutely was the reason we 54 Sqn. (Rabbit) could get in onto target, taking out that headland flak emplacement and then focus on the bomb drops. (close but no cigar this time) ...S!
That was... fantastic! (Subscribed!) But the ending makes me wonder how many brave guys in WW2 we sadly lost to friendly collisions in furballs like that. Must have happened a lot...
awesome video. Its pretty crazy how the technology today has advanced. Takes a bunch of coordinated WW2 skilled pilots to attack a ship at very low altitude and still have issues while a modern F18 can destroy all from 30k feet with 1 bomb. But The Prop era is so much more fun!
@@philstyle Meant more that that must have been second Le Havre attack vid that got suggested to me. But I enjoyed both. Kinda wish I had trackIR to be at least somewhat competetive.
Hey Phil unrelated to the video but I want to know how you get on with servers like storm of war?? Any issues with ping? It seems to have high ping for me in NZ I’m looking at buying my first DCS warbird but the money amount is kinda high. (As it seems I need the plane module, Normandy and WW2 assets pack) Enjoy your vids too! keep em coming.
1. you can try all DCS modules for 2 weeks, for free. Provided you use the stand-alone DCS, and not the steam version. 2. storm of war runs fine for me.. but I live 100km or so from the server.

Well we weren't sitting there for 8 hours a day planning. Total planning and training time was probably 2 hours.. spread over a 2 week period.
