So in synch with what I have been doing. On Brian Scotts Chanel, there is an episode about this. I have been re listening to it and most importantly practicing it. Indeed I concur with you. This is a gateway portal. A supreme tool to have in your spiritual arsenal.
I've been praying and asking TMH to again, allow me to receive information from "a certain people" without having a feeling of apprehension and disgust. The reason why is I know that all of this ANCIENT knowledge was already known to foundational Africans (being the original peoples) and foundational Asians before colonization and occupation of their lands. Europeans were last on the scene yet they get credit for almost everything that supposedly advances us in the modern day when actually information like this has always been known. The Bible speaks of this occuring but that doesn't make it easier to deal with when you understand truth. Which is why I do pray that I'm in a receptive mindset no matter who delivers the message.
That's what I was gonna say Schumann Resonance??? Cause I don't do Tibetan Monk or certain spiritual meditations because of the religious idolatry connotationd. It is the vibration from humming that actually scatters internal demons (anti- prosperity/corruptive/destructive/low vibe/low life/parasitic entities) Love and joy, comfort also is a healer with good physical touch.
