The right drive, motivation, happiness, the right habits and just everything was so much better! Do this video every day and remove negativity from your life also. "I am blessed to see the sunlight" - These are facts! This resonates with me the most. I make it a priority everyday to get outside even if it's just for 5min to look at and experience the sunlight. I used to listen to this daily… a few weeks/months after I stopped I went through the darkest period of my life that I’ve faced in a long time.
