This week, Ben Belack, Beverly Hills realtor, tours us through his new listing at 462 S. El Camino in Beverly Hills. And while so many Spanish homes in Los Angeles, built now nearly 100 years ago have lost their original architectural details along the way, this residence is a far cry from a modern. In fact, it seamlessly balances authenticity with chic style and modern amenities. This one is a memory-maker! So, sit back, relax, and join us for another Beverly Hills home tour. This is Living in Los Angeles.

How much can a house like this can rent for?
Very difficult to walk around multi-million homes, talk a bit about the features, and get $200K for each sale. Very difficult job.
Sometimes we work with a client for 3 years and make nothing. Aside from that, most agents NEVER ever approach a commission like the one you’re talking about and those are compressed by sellers on the listing agreement. You know how impossible it is to get to that level?
