SPAM EGG DROP SANDWICH:
GARLIC TOAST:
2 pcs Thick Slice Brioche Bread
4 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Dried Parsley
a pinch Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
SCRAMBLED EGGS:
4 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
a pinch Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Butter, for frying
MAYO SAUCE:
Sweet Mayo [ 3 tbsp Mayo + 2 tbsp Condensed]
Sirracha Mayo [ 3 tbsp Mayo + 1 tbsp Sirracha ]
FILLING & TOPPINGS:
4 pcs Slice Cheese, of your choice
4 pcs Fried SPAM, or any protein
2 pcs Fresh Lettuce, optional
Sweet Mayo, to drizzle
Dried Parsley, to sprinkle
