How fast does a tulip poplar grow as far as diameter? Is it 1/4inch a year or less? I know you doing it your whole life and seeing the growth rings on the trees you cut I figure you would know the answer to my question. I’m a big fan of your forestry videos keep them coming!
There'll be a lot of sunlight hitting the ground there now for sure. Did they do anything with the interior roads they made while logging to prevent erosion afterwards? Any conservation mix planted?

We use growth rates rather than inches per year as that will vary. Poplar grows around 4%/year
