I got one of these from the first batch that was manufactured. It is the real deal and is very easy to setup and use. If you are a saddle hunter, you need this!
@@HitSTXLax you have to use a bunch of rope. There are videos on it but I do not have one. I would search “How to rappel from a saddle” on the Staggs in the Wild UA-cam page. He makes a lot of great content
I have a an extra thin rope/cord with a carabiner on each each end. Before I rappel I hook one end of the thing rope with carabiner to the loop of my tree tether. Lower the rest of the thin rope/cord to the ground. Once I land on the ground you pull on the thin cord and it will loosen the tree tether and it will fall down the tree. Shitty explanation lol look up saddle hunting rappel or something like that on google and it will show ya.
How much does 4 sticks cost and a platform together? Because generally that will be more than $400. Any stick and platform set up I’ve had has been around $500 This is actually cheaper. It’s all you need in one package, cheaper than sticks and a platform.

I must be missing something. If you repel down. How do you unhook the top of the rope from the tree?

Please make a climber for those of us who do not saddle with similar features!!!

Did it skip the part about going around the limbs?
@@Doinprettygood oops! I accidentally left that clip out when editing. Let me see if I can upload it as a short or if it needs to be a full video!

@@joshflanery1352 I don't use either...don't plan to use sticks or platform commercially made. Thank you for your response.
