      This is a continuation of the ATF's program during the Clinton administration to drive FFLs out of business and backdoor the citizen's ability to buy a firearm. Under Clinton ATF reduced the number of FFLs from 250,000 to less than 70,000 (by almost 75%). Ya know it's funny how the ATF is foaming at the mouth to revoke FFLs and prosecute law abiding citizens for minor clerical errors, yet they don't appear to have any problem with a 'prohibited person' intentionally (and criminally) lying on a 4473 just because his last name is 'Biden'!

      FFLs are also coerced co-conspirators as hybrid law enforcers tasked with processing the people's requests for permission to exercise their rights on-behalf of ATF.

      FFLs and NICS are told to us that they are "1st line of defense against criminals conduct." But the reality is anything but the exact opposite of that. BGCs are a violation of the 4th amendment. As well as the fact that 99% of initial denials are false positives. Meaning that people who are indeed NOT prohibited persons, are therefore disbarred from acquiring firearms because the FBI screwd up their background check and get the wrong ID back for that person who is legally allowed to own firearms. 50% of those wrongfully denied do succeed in litigation to have their rights then recognized by the Gov, but had to pay $5,000+ for an attorney to fix what the Gov messed up. And the other 49% are dropped because after the FBI moves those denials to the ATF to determine whether or not to follow up with legal action(prosecution); the ATF then finds that that 49% of initial denials moved to them are not subject to federal prosecution.
      There is no justifaction for FFL's nor NICS. Abolish it.

    I didn't fight in Afghanistan so i could ask permission to exercise my rights. The 14th amendment says no state shall make or enforce ANY laws that take away your privileges' and immunities, the constitutions supremacy clause article 6 clause 2 says the constitution takes priority over any conflicting law, and the second amendment says I have a right to keep AND bear arms. Anyone who enforces gun laws should be charged under U.S. Code title 18 section 242 or 241 if multiple people are involved. Stand up for your freedoms, these tyrants belong in prison.

      There inlays the problem. You fought in a foreign land against people who weren't your enemy and never threatened our alleged freedom. Matter of fact, it was used to justify things such as the patriot act etc. So in essence, you fought against your own freedom and perpetuated the military industrial complex while further strengthening the police state...

    I am sure the ATF legal team had a heart attack by the ATF director statement that you can just take the pistol brace off the gun and separate them / set them apart. Not that it should even be a requirement, but now you can leave your normal buffer tube on the shorty pistol and not worry about it. That came directly from the ATF director's mouth in this hearing. Make sure that point is shared far and wide. It stuck me because I peronally took my buffer tube off and put pistol buffer tube on or replaced the barrel with 16+ inchers to ensure compliance, but this news and clarification is very important. It appears I did not need to after all. Share this point wide and far and those with video editor should make a shorty meme out of it and replay it wide and far... There should be no more door knocking after this for pistol braces. The ATF director just put that operation against law abiding American's to rest.

    They were originally a revenue collecting arm of the Treasury Department, just like the IRS but with a smaller purview.
    The questions to ask are "Why did the BATF become the ATF and a part of the Justice Department instead of a tax-crime and revenue collecting bureau of the Treasury Department?" and "Why is a former bureau of the Treasury Department armed as heavily as the FBI, a real Law Enforcement Agency?"

    If any government agency like the ATF refuses to answer questions then may I suggest we all refuse to cooperate when they ask questions.ATF = "Do you have any firearms"? WE = Again,I cannot answer that question".

  • @aaronasmus8984
    @aaronasmus8984 Рік тому +2

    Yeah,that is why they are claiming its still under investigation,so Noone has to answer any questions about it. The American people have already came to a conclusion on this matter. So I guess the question is,who are we paying to handle this? They seem woefully incompetent and should be disbanded.ATF

    Since the ATF seems to love inventing new unconstitutional “rules” so much, perhaps Congress can make one that says “All agency directors and senior federal employees lose 5th amendment protections when acting in an official capacity and go directly to prison if they attempt to evade questioning when appearing before Congress.”

    In his words, if you do the simple math of his other intentions. Not finding the "silver bullet" and working on one issue. He said to work on ALL ISSUES Problem is , the only issue the ATF genuinely has in sight is the second amendment. I could have conveyed this a bit more eloquently but my point is EVERY "ISSUE" that they find will start at things like braces and soon move to every single layer of firearms until nothing is left, everything is a convenient issue when you're ultimate goal is absolute control.

    If you are funded through tax dollars, you should not have the option to refuse to answer questions. Every operation conducted by the ATF is funded by the citizens. If the citizens want to know what operations you are doing, you should be required to disclose.
