Because of you guys I have gone from fishing for the first time in my life (coarse fishing on my own, with a 3lbs line, waggler float, size 15 pop up 😅) to learning how to make all different kinds of rigs, how to measure distance and feel out the bottom of the lake, casting with a clip, fishing and landing carp from near the snags and basically catching loads every single session. I'm now passing all these tips and tricks to my father in law, who's been coarse fishing for 10 years and had no idea about any of this stuff. Just because of you guys he has landed his PB 17lbs common 3 weeks ago and he's still smiling today! Priceless your channel!

Free lining any bait is a cheap and effective way of fishing commercial waters, but surface fishing is hugely effective on those finicky carp.

Slowly getting into my carp fishing. To be fair I fish for anything I’m easily pleased & anything’s better than a blank. Must say though you guys give me optimism. Never have I ever caught on the surface. Mind you only just expanding from regular float fishing with literally... the BASIX off my old mans 2nd hand former tackle lol keep it up boys. I still catch more fish on simple cheap baits than expensive hookbaits, deffo at this time of year aswell. Keep up these vids helped me out alot getting bk into fishing. Can get abit overwhelming with the amount of rigs and baits there are these days.

Lovely pair of Koi at the finish. Great tutorials, well explained. I like the ones where you keep it simple and cheap. Not everyone can afford to be a tackle tart. This is one of my favourite channels. Keep it up lads.

Loved this video in particular. Showed that you don't have to lug the kitchen sink to a far flung peg. KISS principle well displayed here. It's inspired me to trim back my kit a bit, even to the point of no chair and perching on my unhooking mat.
