so i got a replacement blade and when i go to screw in the blade to the trimmers the screws lay flat in the screw holes so pretty much i try and tighten them but they just keep turning and wont tighten have you ran into this problem before? im curious whats causing this
Broke my blade didnt use it for a couple months, now replaced the blade and wont turn on. Light blinks when charging but wont turn on. Think the battery or motor done? Can they be replaced? Thnx fam
If u know how to solder then yeah but if u don’t then no you won’t be able to get it swapped u would have to buy a new one or contact babyliss to see if they could swap it
Hey Louie. Got mine off Amazon and they’ve never worked for some reason. They charge then work straight away then they don’t. So sad. I read in the comments you can change the battery (lithium ion rechargeable battery flat top) but can’t find it anywhere. Can you send a link please man?
Its a rotary motors, the worste ones, yes they are brushless thats good, but rotary part of the engine damages plastic parts, and after short period of time starts to be really loud.
@@barberlouie_2112 watch reviews on this clipper, and you will see what im talking about, wahl has magnetic motors, thats not bad, rotary motors are worste, the best are pivot motors, like oster, babyliss fx880,or magnum, and 50caliber are also pivot.

I take it apart so when you wanna clean it u will know how to take it apart and put it back the cleaning I just get a degreaser and spray it on the housing parts and one the moto I just dust off all the hair with a brush. All the hair that builds up on your motor ends up slowing down your motor which makes the motor struggle to perform the way it should so if don’t clean it with in time your motor will burn out because it’s forcing itself to perform how it should but the build up of hair doesn’t let it so yeah take your clippers apart
@@desmondmitchell5602 yeah I recommend doing it already I would say do it every two months on a trimmer and ever month on a clipper since it’s not a everyday thing that u do they won’t build hair that fast
Hey I for got to say I don't know if it's just the babyliss clipper I saw chris bossio take a clipper apart and he showed that there's a button in there u can move to change the color of the charging light like two different colors did u notice that when u took it apart
Life saver bro.. i had no idea how to put the nuts back on 2:29 saved me
Damn I needed this 👌🏽

Can you do a battery replacement vid please and thanks ? Mine don’t work for about a year and I can’t find a replacement battery.
AliExpress!
Hi Do you have a video for fx 2 metall foil shaver from babyliss want to purchase one
Do u have any videos tearing down the babyliss clone the JAME
No the closes one I have done that looks like this is from kemei
Do u know where I could get replacements for the skin cover
No babyliss doesn’t make replacement parts
@@barberlouie_2112 how about the motor

U probably broke the housing on the inside there’s some lil metal things the tightens the screws and that could break
How do I take apart the 11 in 1 titanium multi trimmer? Head snapped off and now there's plastic jammed inside it
how do you replace the battery? mine is shot
U gotta soldier it
@@barberlouie_2112any way to replace the pins for the battery charger? Mine broke off and I’m so disappointed. Only had the trimmer 6mo
Where can I purchase replacement motor

U could try taking off the blade and try turning it on see if the blade to tight and it would most likely be the battery ur motor should be good
@@barberlouie_2112 💯 I appreciate you man . Battery can be purchased online? ( i tried taking blade off no luck)
Babyliss doesn’t make spare parts but u can find the same battery on Amazon u just gotta soldier it on
@@industry_barber4945u figure it out? Mine doin the same but I think its the motor.
Ay you know by the charger port what that little latch thing called so you can hang your clippers ? Cause I dont see that on babyliss clippers
They have it under the clipper it like flips in and out
My trimmers acting like it can’t hold a charge even when I charge it keeps blinking
Try charging it with another charger and if it does the same thing then it’s the battery
So I can get the battery swapped?
If u know how to solder then yeah but if u don’t then no you won’t be able to get it swapped u would have to buy a new one or contact babyliss to see if they could swap it
Excellent video
Thank u 🙏🏻
Is it possible to flip the charging portion so it fits the wireless stand for the clippers? As currently i have to face it the wrong way for it to fit
Yea u can flip it
Mine does not turn on do you think it might be the battery??
Do it turn on when u have it connected to the charger and I to mine off with a flat head or thumb tack they made it to hard to take that part off 👎🏻
I got cut trying to take it off 😂
No it does not turn on when I have it connected.
Hahaha yeah I’ve made myself bleed a lot of times trying to get that part off I usually trying picking at it in the corners
You figure it out?
Please can you help me ... my device doesn't work. When inserted into the charging station, the red light flashes very quickly
Which charging station?
So simple to make !!! Man Thiers making big money off these trimmers but the blade is wt makes these hit more then Anything
Facts everyone is hyped with the blade they want it on every clipper it’s crazy
Mine is a bit loud, I've probably used it about 5 times now so it's essentially new. I oil it after I cut my hair.
It’s probably the black plastic on the cutting blade
@@barberlouie_2112 Just seen this comment now. Any advice on what to do?
When u buy a new blade it comes with one and if u tried oiling it and it’s still loud then it should be the black cutting cam
