Eurobeat has been top notch for when I'm playing Apex Legends. The tempo for it tends to match the frantic pace of team fights so it has been working great in keeping me moving at the correct pace for each round. However, when I'm not playing shooters Eurobeat has had the exact opposite effect.
@@eathletelabs I've been playing the piano for around 9 years and the accordion for around 5 or 6 years and I still never knew Bach was 400 years ahead of the meta. Thank you for making this video!

I started listening to Lofi while playing league of legends a year ago and I noticed I always played better and didn’t tilt and I didn’t understand it until now
I've read that flow state occurs during low alpha/high theta brain waves, instead of gamma waves. I've watched almost all of your other videos, great work, keep it up! :)
Dude I know your happy with your channels progress and I’m sure you’ve had days where you think about quoting UA-cam but please keep making videos. You make fucking top tier, quality content. You deserve far more subs and I think that your knocking on that door.
Not sure if there is already but I'd truly like to watch a video about mechanical skills like aim and movement in FPS games, like how much one can improve at it or how much it is genetics, if there is a limit one can reach. I have been on the same mechanics level for years and I play for many hours on a daily and this made me frustrated but also curious since there are players that instead take very little time to be very good mechanically so I assume genetics have a big role.
Listen very carefully Bro. I have 4300 hours in csgo and am legendary eagle master. I coach my friends and helped them climb 3 to 4 ranks in 6 months. Out of all my friends 2 of them had the exact problem you have. Let me break it down. Ur stuck at the same skill level - this is called a skill "platou". You can search on UA-cam how to break them but the best advice I have is to do something that is REALLY hard like warm up using hard kovaks maps or whatever you do try and get out of you comfort zone. 2nd thing mate I recently just got over this and that is GENETICS. You just said that genetics play a big role in Ur skills which is wrong. Allow me to explain... Simple has 18000 hours in csgo that is pretty much 2 years. He has been playing for like over 10 years. Let's say for every 1 hour he plays his skills increase by 2 points but because he has talent he gets an extra 0.1 . 18000 x 2 = 36000 that is hard earned. 18000 x 0.1 = 1800 genetics. Btw genetics are only things like somepoeple are just born good at maths like Asians lmao. But they still have to LEARN the things. Also I've had so many people say they are hardstuck in a rank when in reality they don't relise they are making stupid mistakes which causes them to not break to the next rank
Also you might stay that genetics are worth more than 0.1 point. In reality that isn't true because genetics only make things easier a tiny bit but obviously adds up but still isn't a lot more like 1/10. The only real example of an advantage would be how some people are born taller than others and that would be annoying in basket ball

There really needs to be more research on binaural beats. I know there is quite a bit out there already, but most of it is relatively hard to find by the average person. You have to DIG for it. But I think research into sound should be a main field of study for mainstream science.

Doesn't caffeine cancel out the effects of ginkgo biloba due to the fact that it is stronger and constricts the blood vessels rather than dilating them like ginkgo does?
Great question! But this assumes that the stimulating property of caffeine means its effect on blood vessels is stronger than ginkgo (stimulation and blood vessel dilation aren't the same), and also assumes that the effects on blood vessel dilation are responsible for the benefits of each. In actuality, the constricting properties of caffeine are more problematic and ginkgo helps balance that out while providing other benefits.
Baroque is NOT a genre of classical music! "classical" is a completely different era (1750-1820 ish) that followed baroque, which was then followed by the romantic era. baroque =/= classical.
