    You know your stuff Tad. I talked my HVAC guy into puting in a 4ton instead of 3½. (Short cycling!) So i have to keep my dehumidifier on during the summer and during the warmer times in the winter. Worst mistake I ever made.
    However, I'm definitely going to look at the closed cell foam insulation. That seems really awesome.

    How did you deal with bringing in fresh air or filtering the air in such a tight house? Mini splits aren’t the greatest at filtering air. Thank you Tad. I have a mini split and a portable air purifier in my bedroom. I was wondering how people do this for their entire homes?

      the 4 way ceiling cassettes have a 3 inch knockout on the chassis for fresh air introduction

    I see a supply grill in that fur-down at 10:25, 👀 what's up with that? I have to say, I literally can't wrap my head around how it doesn't get uncomfortable in those bedrooms with no cold supply air, especially with the door closed or standing close to a window... Maybe it's your area, no one would have to balls to try that in houston.
