My mom planted Forget-Me-Nots with me when I was 5 and we still had them until a few years ago when the whole area was dug up to lift the house due to some sinking. What a chore my dad & I endured; we continued mom's garden after she died in 1991. I did transplant the biggest 3, as well as other favorites, and put them back in after the house lifting, but the soil had been changed so much by all the men's work that they didn't survive sadly! Great memories with her though since she got sick when I was 21. So that packet of seeds lasted 44 years :) Dad's Cammasia lived, his Iris and "my" Wild Larkspur my mom had planted in the 1980s or 70s,so not all was lost. BTW your all's place is BEAUTIFUL! Just subscribed.
