He really doesn't hate Hannibal, he's probably just upset with him. However his reasoning for the anger is misguided because he got called out for being messed up during an interview he got paid to do and couldn't be a pro and do it sober enough to make sense and be coherent. Hannibal should mad that he paid this guy for his time and Buff couldn't give the guy enough respect to do the interview in the right frame of mind so it came off legit. I seen an interview where Buff said, “ I was the first person to wear black wrist bands in wrestling, then everyone started doing it.” That’s when I knew I had to rethink the stories he’s told over time. I guess he didn’t remember professional wrestling before 1994 or whenever he started.
He's kinda telling the truth. Before Buff. You didn't see many guys wearing black wristbands until right before the Attitude Era took off. The wrestlers, I could think of were Bad News Brown, HBK, and the Faces of Fear. They wore them before Buff did. Black wristbands didn't become common until Stone Cold Steve Austin came into the picture.
Buff also said Luger was the first wrestler with a bodybuilders physique even though several wrestlers like Billy Graham and Tony Atlas were around long before Luger and actually won bodybuilding contests.
