When I want to mention to whom I'd like to recommend or suggest doing certain things, I normally use "your", "his" etc before xxx ing. For example, I strongly suggest your leaving here now to catch the train ... However, most of my colleagues (native English speaker) simply use "you", "him" .... . According to what I've learnt before, we should use　"your", "her", "my" etc .... May I know which is more frequently used in contemporary English? And also, I sometimes see "I'd recommend you to do xxx", "I'd like to continue to work for this company" etc .. are they all wrong? Thank you~~
