Hi dear Luis, believe me or not when I saw intake air flow too high in live data at the beginning of the video I did know that the EGR is blocked and that code don't mean EGR flow to high but intake flow to high. Now your question is why intake flow too hight when EGR is blocked? It's too simple because when EGR is blocked the turbo spin more and ofcourse it catch more air meaning air flow high and also boost pressure at idle more than desired pressure : take a look before repair : 35kg/h MAF 370mg/Stroke. desired = 222mg/s 1074hPa. desired = 1023hpa After repair : 24kg/h MAF 250 mg/stroke 1034 hPa boost desired and filled Thanks dear Luis for all your videos thank u man.
Have the exact same car and engine. Anti-skid service and reduced engine power comes on when cruising at around 90-100 km/h. Changed ABS-sensors in the front, no difference, changed turbo and DPF, no difference. Now the car is at the shop to have the EGR cleaned. If this is the solution I'm gonna lose it. Great video. Bit long perhaps but it's great to follow the process of fault search.

The 2 port's are because on some Ford's the theifs used to break the small window and then they used to plug in their scanner into the factory port and then they were able to rob the cars that way so people used to take off the factory one hide it and put a blank one there instead from what I've read.
Because of insufucient and unmeasurable EGR flow (while the EGR is blocked), ECU is increasing and increasing EGR duty cycle, trying to adapt itself for like cloged EGR or something. When value is increased to the maximum EGR "flow" value, it stores the code for too high flow value (reached). Similar to fuel trims.
Always check pins 4(5) and 16 on the OBD on Transit Customs. Make sure polarity is correct. These things are so easy to steal people sometimes fit a dummy port and reverse the polarity to blow the gypos key tool. For balance, other thieves steal transits.
Egr was blocked on my c30 took the egr out to clean. Got it all back together and the blocked code was gone but there was 2 new codes about egr signal. ABS light was on and car in limp mode. Took egr back off and turned the black motor forks the other way back on and all good, all egr codes gone and ABS lights out. 👊👊
good morning luis the reason you were getting high flow on the MAF is the computer wanted to see a lower number at tick over because the EGR should be open the egr closes when you accelerate to get a100% fresh air charge to mix a powerfull charge of fuel to oxygen ang not to have exhaust filler material because the EGR was blocked it was pulling 100% fresh air all the time the EGR WAS NOT CONTRIBUTEING therefore MAF shows to much air flow nice shiney vice there plus i use a mobile phone or pad screen cover on my displays to protect from scratches an renew when needed thanks foe video i made the comment just before the end so i feel like one too

Where come from anti skid to egr valve...and, in meantime you can use stretch foil for food wrapping and wrapping that multimeter display. Also is time to buying ultrasonic cleaner... because you servicing items.
I have a 2005 model s60. When I first start the car, when I press the brake, there is a tremor in the pedal and the brake does not work correctly, it sounds like it is digging from the bottom. After a while, the abs anti-skid warning light comes on. After the warning light is lit, the brake starts to work properly, and then the safety stop warning light in the form of a red exclamation lights up. While these are happening, sometimes the engine warning light also lights up. What do I need to do, can you please help me? wWhich direction do I need to go about the abs module or egr?
I have worse situation. My egr position and duty always reads at 1.19% no matter what egr you hook up in there, and no error codes, maf reads jumps between 0.5-5 kg/h

Probably a bad lock... That happens when the internal latching spring breaks... might be something else, but seen that in the past... replace the lock, they are cheap second hand... 👍👍

I replaced my egr with a brand new one but still getting anti skid messages and when I get this message car dosen't have normal engine power. I got two codes P0490 Exhaust gas recirculation control circuit A high and P138B
Aftermarket parts are just not worth the gamble now. 90% are junk. Having been burned too many times I only use OEM parts from reputable factors. I no longer use eBay as I have had fake OEM parts from there as well. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice.
I guess that car threw an EGR code when the airflow sensor started to go bad. And all went downhill from there. Personally i am morally opposed to blocking off EGR in highly populated countries.
You worked too much because of used parts ¬ original parts but reality of diesel egr systems is block with all the intake system with carbon mess after 20k or a little bit higher kms so all the intake system has to be clean again exactly the intake air manifold and intake valve holes on the cylinder head it’s hard and expensive job for the car owners also dirty job for repairmans.this is the reality of diesel engines on the cars

I have same anti skid message. So dismantled EGR, cleaned including pipe after Egr. All dissappeared and power appear again..

Petrol cars have EGR valves, but not all...
You can easily visually check if it does have one or not...

Very odd the car saying anti skid service for what was wrong with it as that message is normally a wheel sensor.
Not quite... anti-skid or ESP is normally inhibited with a warning by any engine issues/faults that affect engine torque/performance...
