That thing has even more room than I thought it would have compared to a single hull. That galley is enormous since it's above the hull; that frees up so much space for the 4(!) bedrooms in the two hulls. This vessel was amazing
Exactly. Their boat is lovely and I'm a huge fan of the Lagoons. If I ever got a boat for cruising, it would have to be a cat just for the extra space and increased stowage. I will say that new cats (including the Lagoons) have larger windows in the cabins so they feel brighter and more open.

Congratulations on your home and your attitude, it’s very refreshing. The reason you spend so much time and money on the upkeep of your boat is that it’s a very complicated and technical vessel. My personal choice has been to go very low tec. and simple. Any complicated systems I have are totally separate and portable (sat. Phone, navigation (iPad) water maker etc.) this allows me to keep my vessel very simple and uncluttered, this results in very little time or money being required for upkeep and more time for doing what the vessel and I love most, sailing to remote places.
