The XLT STX has a lot of technology. Lariat trim with Lariat Ulimate seems to come with the 360 camera and the adaptive cruise. The King Ranch and up starts into the more luxury leather and finishes. It just depends on what you are looking for and how much you are looking to spend. There are Lariats you can build that are very close to the King Ranchs and Platinums regarding price.
To my understanding the biggest difference is it has stainless steel manifolds and a water cooled turbo. There is actually a second feed line right to the turbo. The compression rates are the same so I am assuming the internals are pretty much identical.

I just put the order in for 2023 F450 Limited. I will soon have to decide on what to do about adding after market TPMS and Centramatic balancer.
Centramatic Balancers are awesome. We did a couple videos on those about a year ago on a 450.

The Projectors are new for 23. They are supposed to be better. The quad beams were reflector

Is the optional high output diesel a physically different engine or is it the base engine with bolt ons on it?

High output faster than raptor R?
Prob not faster but twice as much torque for towing.
