What deeply annoys me is how old the PC12 is. There hasn't been an update in years for the NG or NGX version. Still uses a very old cockpit. We need an update
Just arrived here while randomly navigating (stumbling?) around internet; I knew this scenery was available for FSX, P3D, etc., but nice to see it ported over to Xplane. My residence is in Mount Vernon, just a few miles southeast of KBVS; I've visited the airport only occasionally, but can attest to its accuracy as rendered by Orbx. The name "Skagit" is derived from local native Indians . . . it's pronounced more like Ska-jet than Ska-get. Best to all --- stay safe and well out there. And a good job on the video review, too!
CaptainJohn787 , hello and thanks for the info. I am soon to do another video featuring KBVS, with a short hop to another Xplane/Orbx scenery close by ...Orca. Love the beautiful landscape of the area. Regards
Suggestion...Skagit and over the border over CYXX Abbotsford then west to CYVR Vancouver. Be sure to fly over the 3 ski resorts on the North Shore area and turn over the water for final approach to 26 left or 26 rjght
David Cornwell , my understanding is that all Xplane 11 and certainly 11.3 + support VR. Some of the aircraft ported from earlier versions do not allow full interaction however. Not sure to be honest if there are any noticeable exceptions. I see Simcoders have already released an update for the PC12 REP. Haven’t tried it yet. Thanks for your positive comments. 👍
Hi! I have a few questions. If I operate landing gears at over 230 knots of speed, they rip off? Same for the flaps? I saw a video with a PC-12 + rep in a catastrophic accident in final and only tires are broken. Do you confirm that accident damage is not simulated?
AngelusFromHell , hello, the gear will fail to retract or a tyre burst on a heavy landing...and flaps fail as well, but there is nominal visual damage. Not all physical modelling is represented. Take care.
@@SimHangerFS thanks! Do I have to activate something other than damages in REP? 'Cause even on tremendous hard landing I can't broke anything. If I operate landing gears at 240-250 kts, nothing happens: they still perfectly operate. Same for flaps. If I extend them even in overspeed, nothing happens. I receive only a warning, like "don't extend at this speed". I tried with default xplane damage on and off. P.S.= sorry for my awful english.
Simcoders Reality Expansion Pack breathes new life into Carenado’s Pilatus PC12. We give it a go in some new ORBX scenery KBVS.

Tazzie Devil04 you can say that again

Good work as always sir . Late to watch this , that pesky real life thing that keeps happening . Looking forward to the next adventure flight .
John Milford , thanks John your support is always appreciated.
Very well done/I like it 😊
Another superb and very professional video Mark. Can you tell me do all the aircraft that are now produced for X plane 11 support VR?

Nice video mark go the allblacks
Important question! Does this plane require lots of right rudder or trim on departure like it should?
tasev1 , with the Simcoders add on pack, yes. Without....some. Regards
Good video... until the VR parts starts. VR is so hard to watch on UA-cam with all the shaking and shivering
