It's what professional actors are expected to do and have been doing for centuries. Granted, nowadays standards have become a little lax and when they bring a Hollywood 'actor' to Broadway for the sake of box-office (for example, Bruce Willis in the recent 'Misery'), he can wear a little device in his ear to feed him the lines, but that doesn't occur often.
This is perfectly matched

Brad Garrett :D

Can someone tell me how they can remember so much dialog? are they reading from screens or have ear microphone.
They memorize it and practice it till they can recite it in their sleep. Lot of hard work but can't argue with the results.
Actors memorize lines. Lots of repetition. Neil Simon writes dialogue heavy plays, too. Takes hours and hours.
They're called professional actors. It's what they do for a living. Memorize and recite lines in a believable way (if they're talented).
